Babies and toddlers can start eating puffs when they can sit independently, use pincer grasp to self feed, crawl with their stomach off the ground, use their jaws to mash food between gums, typically around 7 months and up

How long will a canister last? How long is it good for when opened?

Unopened, a can will last up to nine months from the date of production. Expiration date is listed on the bottom of the can. We recommend that your little one consume the contents of the canister within 5-7 days of opening it for maximum freshness.

Do they need to have teeth? Is it a choking hazard?

Our Grain Free Puffs are 16-18mm in diameter, and they are safe to consume for babies and toddlers per the industry standard. Our puffs begin to dissolve when they interact with saliva, so no teeth are needed to eat them.
